BOOM BABIES is a Full Service Boutique retail store that has been extending high quality customer service for over 30 years. The BOOM BABIES staff highly recommends coming into our physical location to allow you the best customer service we have to offer.
Dress colors, styles, and sizing can very much differ depending on designer. Many times, pictures are manipulated by the device or manufacturer themselves to help aid in a better photo. We stock 1000s of dresses in our location, that are handpicked by us. Before we purchase our gowns, we see them in person. BOOM BABIES will always recommend that this is the best policy in purchasing special occasion gowns.
With that being said, please be assured that our online customers will be treated with the same care and respect.
BOOM BABIES has built our reputation on registering your gown. We will also be extending this service to our online customers.
Our School Registry policy states:
We will not sell the same gown, from the same designer, in the same color to your dance. Please note that this only covers our store. Even though BOOM BABIES has been trying to control the world, we still cannot make an guarantees.
PLEASE NOTE: Our store customers will get first priority on gowns within our store. This includes our in-house stock and our BOOM BABIES school registry.
Please note that the prices that you see on our website reflect the Designer's Suggested Retail Price [MSRP].
The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP price that you see on our website. If you see a lower price on any other website for the exact style from the same designer than you can KNOW FOR CERTAIN that website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses or gowns of inferior quality and shipping them as originals.
The prices in our store are not necessarily equal to the price on our website. We accept orders online to give our customers the convenience of purchasing their dress or gown directly from our website without the time and expense that we incur when you experience our outstanding customer service in our physical retail location.
We do everything we can to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with what the designer is charging for each style at the current time. However, it is possible that there may be a price on our website that is simply incorrect or that may have been changed by the designer without our knowledge.
If you purchase something on our website that is determined to be listed with an incorrect price we will correct the price on our website immediately and we will contact you to inform you of the error. We WILL NOT bill you until you have been informed of the corrected price. At that time you will have the opportunity to cancel your purchase or process a new order for the corrected price, which will be reflected on our website. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we honor a price that is found to be incorrect on our website; this would be considered a breach of our agreement with our designers who do not allow their styles to be sold for a price less than their MSRP price.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:
1) You may exchange your gown ONCE at FULL value for STORE CREDIT within 3 days of delivery. This amount will be valid within our online store or our BOOM BABIES location.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM ONLINE
If you would like to exchange an item for any reason you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Your merchandise must be post marked within the 2 days of receiving a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be placed on the outside of the box. Once the returned item is received and thoroughly inspected, you will be issued a dress exchange credit to be used on another dress of equal or lesser value. You are allowed to exchange a dress one time only for store credit. After your one time exchange, your order is considered a Final Sale.
You are responsible for shipping charges back to us.
Dresses must be shipped back with original tags in place. If we feel the dress has been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way, BOOM BABIES reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
Return Authorizations must be requested before your wear date. If it is after your original wear date, BOOM BABIES reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
EXCHANGING YOUR DRESS
To redeem your exchange credit, when checking out - enter your information the same way you entered it on your first order, so when we process your order your exchange amount will appear. If you prefer you can also call us at 315-472-1949 to process your request over the phone.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
To receive your return authorization number, please email us at email@example.com. Your return authorization number must be on the outside of the box. If you have any questions, please contact us.
