IN-STORE and ONLINE Return Policy:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED ON AFTER PAY PURCHASES, IN-STORE LAYAWAYS, EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS, GOWNS OVER $498, ACCESSORIES OR SALE ITEMS.
ALL OTHER PURCHASES:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, and would like to exchange for a different size, color, or style, we will allow (1) store credit exchange lest a 10% restocking fee. Your request must be received within 3 days of proof of delivery. Return Authorizations must be requested before your wear date. If it is after your original wear date, BOOM BABIES reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.
Please fill out the Return Authorization form. Place garment back in the package and box, with the original tags attached. Once your return is accepted, you will receive an RA number. This number should be placed on the outside of the box.
Any shipping fees or extra charges are non-refundable. Upon filling out a Return Form, please note that an automatic $10.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping costs.
BOOM BABIES reserves full right to revoke the acceptance of a return at any time. If felt that the garment or item has been worn, damaged, used, washed, or altered in any way, we reserve the right to consider the sale final.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER. ALL IN STORE PURCHASES HAVE PRIORITY FOR OUR STORE REGISTRY. WE WILL REGISTER ONLINE GOWNS. AS NOT ALL STYLES ARE IN STOCK WITHIN STORE, DELIVERY OF GARNMENTS WILL DEPEND ON MANUFACTURER'S STOCK AVAILABILITY AND THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT. PLEASE BE AS PERCISE AS POSSIBLE WITH YOUR EVENT DATE.
